Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment date and time. Cards will not be charged unless appointments are canceled without proper notice or clients don’t arrive to a scheduled appointment. All cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service price. Rescheduling an appointment with less then 48-hour notice is deemed as a cancellation and will be processed as such. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of service. If a card is unable to be processed, client will receive an invoice. This invoice must be paid before being able to reschedule.
